At Diamente, LLC (“Diamente,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most new, unused items within the guidelines below for a full refund or exchange.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items (marked Final Sale).
    • Gift cards.
    • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).
    • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized alterations.

2. Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Log in to your Avenona account and go to Order History. Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return, then click Start Return.
  2. Print Label: If approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Attach the label securely to your package.
  3. Ship Item: Drop off at the designated carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return label.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will refund the original payment method within 7-10 business days of inspection. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
  • Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), indicate Exchange when initiating your return. We will ship the new item once your return is received and approved.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs on qualifying items.
    • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees.

5. International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
